How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Maple & Buttons is working hard on fulfilling every order asap! Depending on the type of product you’ve purchased and your delivery address:

•  (Locally in UK): Shipped within 4-5 business days delivery times will depend on which carrier you choose at checkout

•  (International): Shipped within 4-5 business days, delivery times will depend on which carrier you choose at checkout

• Bespoke items (UK and international) 3-5 weeks, please ask! Delivery will depend on which carrier you choose at checkout

Can I refund/change my order?

You can refund/change your order anytime before it is shipped (typically 24 hours after purchase). Please email me at mapleandbuttonsdesigns@gmail.com.

Can I return/exchange my order?

You can return and exchange any unused products. However, you will be responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is damaged in any way please take a picture, and let me know. I can refund for the item.
